PC/ANALYSIS
Systems are based on basic PC computers with Windows equipped without costly and proprietary DSP cards and hardware architectures. With specialized PC/ANALYSIS algorithms, layers of standard PC inefficiency have been improved for the throughput/compute needs of the dynamics test laboratory. PC/ANALYSIS Systems are designed for the test lab high performance needs of simultaneous data acquisition, data storage, real-time computation and display. Call for the latest information on system and performance specifications.
PERFORMANCE
• 1024 pt. Complex/Complex FFT with windowing and averaging:
< 25 micro-seconds (i5, 2.67 GHz)
• >100 kHz real-time bandwidth for 64 channels each sampling at
60 kHz, with simultaneous contiguous raw data storage,
FFT computation/storage and graphic display.
DATA ACQUISITION
• 1 to 128 channels standard, 16 bit ADC resolution
• 6.4 MHz aggregate sampling (16 bit ADC)
• Programmable anti-aliasing filters or sigma delta
• Sine COLA signal input:
separate from measurement channel inputs 100 mV to 5.0 V peak to peak
• Shock and Random acquisition trigger input:
S/W standard, programmable slope, level and channel H/W optional, 8 bit, ± 78 mV to ± 10 V
The PC/ANALYSIS approach to vibration testing provides an intuitive, easy to use interface to efficiently manage the complete test process and increase productivity. Set-up times are reduced and inputs are monitored to reduce errors and to flag values that exceed system limits. At the other end of the test process, data analysis and hard copy presentation functions emulate and automate the work flow of the engineer. More than just generic data acquisition capabilities are provided thereby increasing productivity and returns on your investment.
